Nice owners, clean and good apartment, train station for center of Napoly and Pompeii, Vesuvio 400m from apartment,many restorants nearby. Exellent !

near to the Baylon beach (10 minutes drive) and Vesuv volcano (30 minutes drive). We got a card for the breakfast for three person in a cafe which is just on the opposite of the house, both weather and café/brioche are very nice, we enjoyed it.

Parking is difficult. The parking garage is around 200m away from the B&B enjoy Ercolano. And this garage is managed by a 3rd party (not clear is private or public, no sign in the front of the garage and host accompanied me to the garage) therefore the parking fee can vary from 10 Euro provided in the booking confirmation. In my case, I paid 15 Euro as I picked up my car although I have already informed host about my car type one month earlier. Host should provide exact info about parking fee in the booking confirmation, something like "parking is managed by 3rd party, parking fee can vary from 10 Euro" Furthermore, I need to give up the key of the car to the 3rd party, because if I come back again at 11pm, not clear if the garage is still open. I don't speak Italian and they don't speak English, So I just gave up my key and changed my travel plan.

Near the Ercolano ruins, at the base of Vesuvio (could be visited only if you have purchased a ticket online several weeks in advance). Clean, with bunk beds for the kids.

Just a room, with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared fridge, shared entry, locked, double-locked and triple-locked entry gate, building main door, apartment main door, room door, bathroom door, locked and shared ... everything.

Excellent place for people like me, who are not too keen on staying in Naples. Super location for Herculanum ruins (10 min walk) and for the bus to Vesuvio as well as the train to Pompei (both 5 min). The rooms are spacious and clean, one is with a private bathroom, while the remaining 2 bedrooms share another bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen, even if we only used the fridge. Everything is well organised and you get all the information you need. A simple Italian breakfast (cappuciono+croissant) at a friendly cafe 50 meters away is included, and pizza at Luna Caprese (directly opposite) is fantastic and cheap, no need to look for fancier places if you want to enjoy a simple tasty dinner. Overall a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Two minor issues worth keeping in mind: 1. Although our bathroom was private, it was actually outside the room, right next door. This is not clear on booking.com, so I thought I would mention it for future guests, although this was no problem for us, we felt private enough throughout our stay. 2. Also I suggest you spend some time getting acquainted with the train schedules, as the information is random and it is not always clear which train goes where. Also, not all of them stop at Ercolano Scavi so inquire before boarding. We learnt that the most reliabe way is to check with a staff member before boarding. One of them is always on board in the first carriage and they know best. Once you work that out it is easy enough to get to Pompei, Sorrento or Naples.
