Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti. Il check-in autonomo è stato super comodo; avevo chiesto di entrare un po’ prima dell’orario previsto e sono stati così gentili da accontentarmi. La struttura è moderna e le camere sono arredate in modo impeccabile. La posizione è ottima: tutti i servizi principali si trovano a soli due minuti a piedi, e proprio di fronte ci sono un supermercato e un bar. L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare riguarda una maggiore insonorizzazione delle camere: sarebbe davvero la ciliegina sulla torta, perché la struttura è molto bella. Ci tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio vivamente!

Someone broke the digital key pad and was not able to go out when I wanted.however, I was able to reach out the person and he explained me how to get the key.

It was clean and close to the airport.

The process of getting inside is long, complicated and entirely online with some restrictions (as saving the hotel number as a contact, otherwise the system doesn't work). The place is very basically furnished, not even a kettle, only one chair! Parking is not easy, because the area is busy, and the first night we discovered that we had no hot water. Our room was at the level of the street and was quite noisy in the evening. The code to access the room is pretty easy to guess, and everybody from the other guests can use it to enter the other rooms, so we didn't feel safe. The shower gel was not enough for two people for two days. The water flow of the shower was very low. Sorry to say it, but we were pretty disappointed. The day before we had a fantastic reception in Massafra by a local host, with a personal touch and attention, and here it was exactly the opposite!

Next to the accommodation there is an amazing pizzeria with the friendliest staff I have ever met. If you stay there don't miss out on the Pizzeria Familia.

The bed was catastrophic. We slept so bad and I can literally sleep anywhere.
