Good but sober rooms, comfortable beds. Bathroom is good and clean. Fabio, the host, is very friendly and gives a lot of explantion about the town and vicinity. He provides an excellent breakfast according to your wishes (fresh fruit, fresh bread,...). Very nice building, a renovated old palazzo, and only five minutes walk from the old town and restaurants. Wifi is very good.

Everything is picture perfect! The location is perfect, the host is extremely helpful, the breakfast is very good and freshly prepared. It is super clean and everything is well organised even the keys.

Excellent location ,lovely room, great breakfast and host Fabio is an absolute delight . He even met us at the train station, was full of advice regarding restaurants,activities etc and many thanks for the birthday cake Fabio,!!!. Highly recommended-Derek and Shirley

Fabio gave us the best tips for the area. He explained us what to do in Cagliari but also for the rest of our trip. The breakfast was also very good! The room was clean, spacious and the location was perfect to visit Cagliari.

The owner Fabio was very nice and caring. The place was nice and clean. Nice details in the common space. Beautiful old building with tall walls, apartment recently renovated.

Great location - very central, but very quiet. Room light, airy, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Fabio could not be more helpful as a host.

The b&b is fantastic. Location could not be better, literally 5 minutes from the train station to take the train for the airport, yet in a quiet street without noise so you sleep very well, but also literally 5 minutes walk for the centre and corso Emanuele where you have lots of restaurants, and close to everything to visit in the centre. The b&b itself is beautiful, clean, and has been renovated with modern bathroom. My bedroom exactly looked like the photos and was pretty big, with an ensuite bathroom that had a fantastic shower. The owner is very nice and he waited for me and offered a drink and biscuits on arrival, and then took the time to show me all relevant attractions to visit on the map. Every morning he prepared a substantial and excellent breakfast for me. This was just fantastic!
