Best Cappuccino in Naples. Super friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. They were happy to help with suggestions about activities, tours, basically everything. They even invited us to their pizza party and it was flawless! Every room had moodlights, the hotel looks beautiful and modern.

The town around the hotel is a bit shabby and spooky. I hope the town and its tourism will improve.

Nightclub on a Saturday night was written nowhere on any of the booking sites, the location was smelly, dirty and surrounded by needles

I loved the decoration! It was very fancy and more modern than most places in Italy. The staff were great too, very helpful.

Because we arrived late a night we wasn’t really sure on the area, there also isn’t a lift to the main reception so had to walk up quite a few stairs. But there was someone to help us
