Lovely room and good bedroom and bathroom.

We found it very difficult to find, despite being in the correct street and asking locals who didn't know. We eventually found it, but we were just about to give up, particularly as the owner wasn't answering the phone which would have helped. The breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional.

The accommodation is excellent and the friendliness of Mrs. Margherita is maximum. The worst is the city. As in other cities of Basilicata it was built on top of the hill, growing to the slopes. When the town was small there was no problem. Now imagine an expressive dimension capital city of a region built on the slopes of a hill. However it is the ideal and central place to stay with the aim of getting to know Basilicata.

Private parking offered in front of the building, excellent view from the balcony, big room , bed and a huge bathroom, a typical breakfast is served at the dining room. a market place and the historical city center is a few minutes walk away.

Margherita was a wonderful host, and the spot is only a few minutes walk from Potenza city center. Parking available on the street, beautiful view on the surrounding mountains, room comfortable and clean, breakfast abundant and healthy (cappuccino, warm croissant, fruits, organic juice).

The spa is only available for an extra 25€

This is the best apartment I have ever been and I use booking always when I travel. Near the center, perfecty clean, signora Margerita is very nice,real lady. Great croissants for breakfast!! In front of the building safe parking. We parked motorbike. Potenza is nice,quiet city,with great surrounding.

Nicely decorated apartment. Margaritha is such a sweet and kind host. She came in the middle of the night because we told her that we did not how to use the shower and to turn up the heater. We had the whole apartment to ourselves because we rented the 2 bed rooms. There are free biscuits, fruits, juice, coffee and tea in the dining room. And free parking! We feel pampered.

Careful hostess. Waits, introduces the city. The room is beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean. It is very good that it is possible to park the car safely.
