Posto incantevole, pulizia impeccabile, staff disponibile e simpatico. Non potevo chiedere di meglio.

Casa immersa in un bellissimo giardino botanico. Con angoli suggestivi e vista vallata. La casa in perfetto stile - campagna inglese - con interni riccamente decorati e camere graziose e romantiche. La chicca è la casa sull'albero con tanto di camera da letto perfettamente utilizzabile. Esperienza full immersion!!

La villa resta al confine del comune di Caposele, pertanto è richiesto l'uso dell'auto per qualsiasi spostamento.

Well that’s a great questions I would have to say the only positive point about this property was the well kept garden, the rest is for sure about 40 years too old and in need of up keeping unless you like to pay high prices for and absolute ridiculous place. I believe in Karma so nothing more to say!

Well the property is totally run down, although advertised as a small gem with personal details and welcoming this is far from the truth. Of course if you like to stay in a rundown apartment with no heating, smell of mold and old cigarette smell in your bathroom from the ventilator which had never been cleaned this is the right place for you! We are not someone to complain but having booked this place for my birthday it felt unreal having to even stay 12 hours in this place. Had to ask for heating to be put on as the place was totally damp, their reply was really usually we don’t put on the heater until much later in the year?? Pretty sure no one has stayed in this apartment for months, it should have been totally cleaned before rented out. Dirty kitchen wouldn’t even drink from a glass nor cup! Bathroom is in need of repair the shower did not work and the toilet broken. I mean I love the 80 if fully working and kept to a tee but this was honestly the worst I have ever seen and was happy to leave first thing in the morning finding a lovely and cozy place to enjoy our breakfast and happy to leave this place far behind us!!

The owner has personally created a perfect island of peace and beauty within the Italian countryside with a unique charm and a classical style. Everywhere we turned was another surprising touch that made us feel welcomed. We started 2 days and would like to have stayed for more. It is located in a region with history and interesting sights. But Casa di Mimma was a destination to itself. Perfect!

A silly thing…but there could be added electric outlets for charging our phones and devices. Or you can just put them away and rest.
