B&B La Terrazza

Un oasi di tranquillità a pocchi minuti da Gardaland e Lago si Garda. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo b&b a 5 stelle! Le camere pulitissime, il giardino immerso nel verde e fiori con un incantevole piscina enorme. La colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi, fatti in casa dal dolce al salato. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati con un atmosfera di casa. Personale gentilissimo e sicuramente tornado al Lago di Garda soggiorneremmo di nuovo qui. Grazie per la cura che avete di tutto ciò.

Lo staff molto cordiale e a disposizione. Tutto molto pulito. L'hotel in sé molto particolare, carino e accogliente. Molto contenta anche della piscina.

We checked out, there was nothing to like

There is the possibility that other customers have had a good experience at this property. Unfortunately for us the experience was very bad. We tried to check in earlier, we do this to resolve any issues early. The property did not respond to text message and phone calls; hence we checked in at 15:30hrs along with all other guests. We were given room 6, which is right next to reception and the entry exit door for all guests, we complained but were informed “That’s it, check in is complete no other room”. Any conversation at reception was overheard and anyone entering the building the ascending the stairs was heard. The Property owner is clearly experienced with repeated complaints concerning this room hence her complete lack of empathy. She forced us to check in at 15:30 because there would be no alternatives to the room we had. We immediately checked out upon experiencing the total lack of concern or empathy for the unacceptable noisy room Location. The property owner had a very Pugnacious attitude toward anything we attempted to debate with her concerning the room. The property owner has a propensity to spin fairy tales; we were going to have a pizza from local store. To ensure we ate the pizza at the store and not in the B&B she stated that takeout pizzas were poor quality, much better to eat them at the store they taste better. Why she did not just state no eating food on the promises I have absolutely no idea. As predicted the response below shows not one ounce of empathy for this unacceptable room, and also as predicted note how everything is my fault, the very naughty customer. Clearly a warning to all who may consider staying at this property! Note to the ferocious derogatory tone of the reply, similar to the ferocity of the Lamborghini raging bull logo. Very similar to the ferocious response we had when highlighted the unsuitability of the room
