PLGreat location, very close to the train station (10min walk), close to the centre, sea is just down the street. Room and bathroom was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast included :)
CAThe location was excellent - near a beach; short, scenic walk to the historic area; close to bus stop to airport/Porto Torres ferry.
A specific time for arrival and phone communication are needed in order for someone to be at the location to open the gate , entrance door and to get the keys. Of note to others (but not affecting the review), the rooms are up 2 flights of stairs, which may be important to those with mobility problems and/or very heavy luggage.
BEPLThe host was very kind and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom cleaned regularly. The place has a great location, very close to a beautiful beach and not far from the old town.

the weakest breakfast what we had during our trip. But do not worry excellent bakery is close :)
ROLocarion is wonderful- 5 min away from buss station, beach and 10-15 min walk to old town For me, this was the best choice!
