nothing

you are not allowed to use a kitchen. Even not to use a kettle for a hot water ! wi-Fi in the room not working, you have to go out to the public area. The room is small, no windows.

Wir waren während unserer Radtour hier für eine Übernachtung und es war alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Haus im toskanischen Stil und der große Garten, eine gemütliche Terrasse ebenso wie die Gestaltung des Wohnbereiches haben uns sehr gefallen. Von den Besitzern wurde morgens ein leckeres Frühstück für uns gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles.

"Friendly host, OK amenities. It was a fine stop."

It was a convenient stop on our bike ride from Bologna to Florence. Easy and friendly check in. Nice walk to the town of Dicomano. Bedroom was clean. Complementary glass of wine from the host.

There was an unexpected request for a 5€ tourist tax which we knew nothing about. Breakfast was a few slices of meat, coffee, juice, and packaged pastries from the nearby grocery store. Bathroom had some bugs

Loved the area and the lovely comfortable and relaxing stay in Pino del Capitano. Ivan and Beatrice were super hosts, so kind and helpful. What a fantastic garden at this location.
