Värden var helt fantastisk. Fick hjälp utan fråga. Han var redan där innan vi gann be on hjälp. Bra frukost och vänligt bemötande. Egen balkong.

Inte tolett på rummet och varmvatten var slut bär vi duschade.

Checking in online is fine. But checking in in person is a problem. The accommodation location is indicated in a different place on the map. Posizione ottima, dista 850 mt a piedi dalla stazione Porta Nuova e 700 mt da Piazza Bra. stanze molto grandi e luminose, materasso molto comodo, aria condizionata, televisore. Colazione molto varia dolce e salata, possibilità di farsi un the o tisana o di avere acqua fresca in frigo a tutte le ore. Ospitalità perfetta, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il giorno della partenza è possibile lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out.

la pulizia non è perfetta, andrebbe rinnovato il bagno (doccia datata e poca pressione dell'acqua calda)

Great location, reasonable price, very accomodating re: check-in times. Comfortable and spacious bedroom. Good AC. Breakfast included higher protein options, which is always a pleasant if unexpected surprise in Italian hotel breakfasts.

Wi-fi connection was a bit unreliable. It wasn't immediately clear in the listing that our private bathroom was across the hall and not actually attached to the room from the inside. This was somewhat of a privacy compromise when there were other guests staying there. In addition, the hot water pressure for the tub and shower were very weak.

come richiesto, ho telefonato 30' prima del check in, dicendo che 30' dopo sarei stato all'indirizzo ella struttura e mi è stato detto di "aspettare davanti al portone che qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aprire". Sono arrivato puntuale e ho aspettato quasi 20' senza che nessuno arrivasse, quindi ho ritelefonato chiedendo spiegazioni e questa volta la stessa persona mi ha detto "pensavo mi chiamasse, così eravamo rimasti d'accordo, suoni al citofono e qualcuno viene" e ancora "ci siamo capiti male"!!!!!. In definitiva e sulle solo modalità di gestione dell'arrivo (dopo un viaggio molto lungo), professionalità gravemente insufficiente.
