Beautiful view. Excellent location in centre of Rocca. Very attentive & kind hosts.

All was v good. I would maybe have more self/service at breakfast rather than host bringing everything. It was hard to know what would turn up next. But he was v kind & food all v tasty so this is a very minor thing.

We are very happy with the choice! The location was great, a lovely quiet town in a strategic location for visiting the attractions in the area. The hosts of the villa were very warm, open, kind and willing to help, we just felt there like visiting family. We hope to see you again.

We had an amazing time in Villa dei Fantasmi. The view was beautiful. We loved to walk around in the pretty medieval village, discover surroundings and street paintings. Hosts were really kind and helpful. They welcomed us with drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious. They even picked us up from nearby village, because we had difficulties with transportation. Thanks for everything! We already miss Rocca di Papa :)

The owners could not be more helpful and kind ! we recommend 100 percent. the breakfast was delicious and different each day. homemade cakes by the owners à délice 😋. It is not the first time we have stayed here , why we come back …. the views from the hotel of Rome are absolutely breathtaking. the best place to stay if you want a comfortable place to stay out of the city. we really loved our 4 day stay

From the wonderful hosting to the beautiful location of the place. Vincenzo is a great host with great stories about the surroundings. We were a family of four but the place is suggested as a solo traveler, couple or family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa dei Fantasmi in Rocca di Papa, Italy, and I must say it was an experience like no other. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the owner. The owner went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, offering helpful advice on what to see and do in the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, but the real gem was the view from the balcony. Overlooking all of Rome, the view was truly magical, especially at night when the city was lit up. I found myself spending hours just taking it all in. The town of Rocca di Papa was surreal and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I loved exploring the quiet streets and taking in the local culture. One of the highlights of my trip was hiking up Monte Cavo, which was just a short distance away. The hike took less than an hour and offered a breathtaking view of the beautiful vista “Occhi Di Diana.” It was truly a sight to behold. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Villa dei Fantasmi to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Italy. From the stunning view, to the friendly owner, to the surreal town, this hotel has it all. I’m already planning my next trip back! 5 stars all around!

Great location - very quiet, right at the old town, amazing view. Very clean. The hosts are super kind and helpful.

the breakfast was amazing- the owners wife baked delicious cakes, but owner himself every morning prepared traditional savory bruschetta and focaccia. the hotel is very clean and well maintained.
