Room was very clean and comfortable. They always had water, coffee and snacks ready when you walked in. You can get everything you need within a quick walk. Family was very friendly. Area felt safe.

At det første spørgsmål der stilles her i rubrikken .... nemlig "syntes du om morgenmaden" bekræfter blot min mistanke. At vi havde bestilt et værelse inkl. morgenmad og også betalte for dette. Men at Casa så i tidsrummet mellem bestilling og ankomstdato trækker deres tilbud om servering af morgenmad tilbage, betyder at vi ikke får som booket og betalt ... vores morgenmad ... ja det gør vi at selvsagt ikke føler at vi har fået valuta for vores penge og ej heller er blevet betjent/behandlet af personalet hos Casa som vi burde. Jeg håber ovenst giver anledning hos Booking.com til at kigge ind i sagen og refunderer os andelen af prisen som dækkede den morgenmad ... vi ikke fik.
