Eigentlich nur die Nähe zum Zentrum

Extrem steile Stufen im Eingangsbereich dies sollte in der Beschreibung stehen, auch im Zimmer sehr steile Stiege undenkbar für kleine Kinder, Eingangstür immer offen, Zimmertür provisorisch mit Holzstücken beim Schloss "repariert" die Türe habe ich dann 2 oder 3 mal offen vorgefunden da vom Personal nicht richtig geschlossen, jeder hätte in unser Zimmer kommen können!! Konnte nie richtig schlafen da die Türe mir kein sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Schrank nicht benutzbar da schon voll mit Decken usw. Dusche komplett verschimmelt und verschmutzt, undevinierbarer Schmutz an der Wand im Zimmer, Toilettenpapier ist Mangelware, Reinigung des Zimmers musste erst viele Male angefragt werden die ersten 2 Tage wurde nicht mal der Müll im Zimmer entfernt, Besitzer nie gesehen es waren praktisch nie Angestellte da außer am Vormittag die Reinigungskraft.

Ottima la posizione all'ingresso del centro. Stanza completa con anche un tavolino, sedie e angolo cottura.

Scale per raggiungere il piano, bagno migliorabile. Bordo del letto un po' scomodo. Qualche fraintendimento per il check-in

We love Lucera and this place is so convenient and the staff are fantastic .and it is very clean

The stairs but that is normal for Italy
