Hôtel et chambre en parfait état. Emplacement idéal, en face de la gare.

Pas de personnel présent donc petit déjeuner pris en charge dans un café à proximité ce limitant à une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie.....un peu limite qd on réserve un hôtel avec "petit déjeuner compris"...

Die Nähe zum Flughafen (ca.10min Zugfahrt) und vorallem zur Bahnstation Carini (einmal über die Straße) Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit Miriana hat auch bei kleinen Problemen exzellent funktioniert.

Die Zutrittskarte hat leider nur am Nebeneingang funktioniert. Es gibt zwar einige sehr gute Bars in der direkten Nähe aber für einen Supermarkt oder in die Stadt für Restaurants muss man ca. 20 Minuten laufen einplanen.

Struttura moderna,nuova e molto pulita. Posizione per chi si sposta in treno eccezionale, sia per l’aeroporto che per il centro di Palermo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Miriana semplicemente eccezionale.

The hostess Miriana is very nice and helpful. A new, very comfortable guesthouse. Large rooms, nice decor, very clean, balcony. Plus a great lift and a very large terrace with a view of the surrounding area. Tasty Italian breakfast. Small souvenirs available for purchase. Next to a small, modern train station (with ticket machine, underground passage) - a few minutes to the airport, approx. 30 minutes to Palermo. Trains and train announcements are not a nuisance, at night no trains at all. Next to the guesthouse there are two restaurants with food and music. Two minutes' walk away there is another one and two pastry shops. The cakes are sensational, very high quality and reasonably priced. For a longer stay, it is useful to know that there is a Conad shop nearby. Overall, I recommend the property and its location. Very clean air, you can see the sea from the balcony.
