"New, modern, great bathroom, very clean and parking."

The location is good. A little outside the main part of town and private free parking which in Italy is a major bonus. The property is new and very clean. Breakfast is at a bar close by.

The coffee from the machine came out relatively cold. Maybe a problem with the operator (me).

Large, Comfortable room with mini bar and good parking. Easy to get to downtown.

Could hear other guest talking through the walls. Coffee and breakfast very basic - all prepackaged food.

Very good bed - firm mattress & pillows. Very good shower head.

"Breakfast" is self served, all packaged goods. Little to none shower amenities. Bad sound proofing, heard everything going on in other rooms
