Good contact with the host. The terrace with amazing view of the surrounding streets and Chiesa di Santa Maria di Gesù. Air conditioning which can be used as a heating in the winter. In the shared zone some free drinks and snacks, fridge and microwave oven. And the stamp for hikers travelling across the Magna Via Francigena :) Breakfast vouchers which can be used in one of the four bars to choose from.

It would be great to have some basic plates, cups and cutlery in the shared zone.

Location is good and the facilities. You choose bar for the breakfast, which you get coupons for the 4 bar or restaurants, bakery.

They had something in the air system, because it made strange noises all day and all night. Like it was walking around. The sounds came and go.

Nice, renovated, clean room. Good communication, easy access. It is located in a quiet location, but still close to the center. Free parking in front of the house.

We rented the top room. The only negative was the many pigeons that scratched the metal roof early in the morning. It was pretty confusing.
