We had the most wonderful 3-night stay! You honestly couldn't ask for a better location, right in the heart of the historic city centre. It was amazing being able to step out the door and have everything we wanted to see just a short walk away. ​What really made our trip special, though, was our host, Alessandro. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His hospitality was exceptional, and we can't praise him enough. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless clean. ​Starting the day with the delicious breakfast provided was a real treat, and having great tea and coffee available was a wonderful touch. It was the perfect base for exploring Genoa. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and would recommend it to anyone!

This is Alessandro's home. He is friendly and very hospitable, but also understands the need for private space, both his own and ours. It looks like there is only one extra room to let to visitors, but the layout means that Alessandro's rooms and those of his guests are quite separate. The breakfast was a traditional Genovese offering that included tasty jam tarts and focaccia, all of a high standard. Our room was small but adequate. It's in a quirky old building in the city's historic centre with loads of atmosphere and the paintings on the walls add to that. Bohemian is the word, so don't expect palatial surroundings. We loved it.

Wszystko było tak jak w opisie, bardzo pomocny właściciel. Pokoik bardzo mały, aczkolwiek nam zależało na centrum i wybierając nocleg wiedzieliśmy o małym metrażu. Czysto, pyszne włoskie śniadanko na słodko z przepyszną kawką serwowaną przez właściciela. Jeśli ktoś liczy na śniadanie gdzie są jaja, sery, wędliny itd to błąd. Polecam ten obiekt gdybym jeszcze raz a pewnie tak będzie wracała do Genui to na pewno z niego skorzystam.💖💖💖

Très bon emplacement, chambre extra calme, petit déjeuner ultra copieux... C'était propre +++. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

La chambre est un poil petite (il faut ouvrir la valise sur le lit...) et nous y avons eu chaud alors qu'il faisait des températures moyennes.

Tryggt boende där man är inneboende hos en italienare. Alessandro kylde vårt vin och dukade fram det på ett fint sätt. Gott kaffe och bra läge i gamla stan, nära sevärdheter.

Värden talade endast italienska, gammalt och mörkt hus där trappstegen var sneda och ojämna. Gluggar till fönster, mörkt, murrigt och varmt rum, där fläkten var högljudd och oeffektiv.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Przesympatyczny i pomocny godpodarz. Świetne śniadanie. Chciałbym wrócić.

Desayuno excelente. Amabilidad y atención de Alexander muy buena. Anfitrión muy atento.

Die Lage war - mit Nähe zur Altstadt - excellent! Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und alles sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber auch sehr süß, aber das ist ja Ansichtssache. Es gab Kuchen, Kekse und Brot, Nutella, Marmelade. Dazu ein richtig guter Kaffee oder Tee. Zusätzlich auch Tee, Wasser und Saft.
