Very comfortable clean room located in the town center where all main hotspots are reachable by foot. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was the best part of the day. Excellent! I highly recommend it to all!

Everything was great ! It was perfect !!

There was nothing to complain about. We would have liked an extra drying rack for hanging clothes washing but that’s all.

Lovely staff, good location, nice room... air con, Smart TV - which meant I could access my UK subscriptions (YouTube, Netflix etc.) and could watch English-speaking TV in the evenings which is good for a solo traveller. Wi-Fi was ok, but the strength of the signal was up and down - important if you rely on internet access. I was offered a coffee and croissant for the inclusive breakfast, I didn't see the advertised buffet, à la carte or Italian options so didn't have the same experience as the traveller who reported her breakfast was "exquisite", perhaps that was a language/communications hiccup.... Be mindful, you have stairs to climb to get to your room - no lifts, important only if you have mobility issues

Central for me to everyone, friendly staff and accomodating.

Should have a kettle and toaster in the room. Plus an iron but if you asked I’m sure they would bring it to you but as a permanent item in the room.
