Loved everything! From Nadia being so accomodating, and Serena being so helpful even while she was away. This place felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend hiring a scooter or car to get around town easily. Will definitely be back.

Apartment a good size, but laid out a little strange, as the main bedroom is sort of on its own down 5 or 6 steps, and main bedroom has a comfy air con room, as this is on its own, but the main apartment has no a/c and a futon bed, which isnt the best.

Heat in main apartment, sofa has seen better days, and place needs a little tlc, breakfast is very limited, bread ,Jam, fruit, cereal, no eggs, cheese or ham.

Spotlessly clean and spacious, Serena was welcoming and provided useful information. We had breakfast and dinner at the property cooked by Nadia - the meals were absolutely fabulous and were the best we had eaten on our 3 week Europe holiday. Nadia was very sweet and looked after us really well.

The property was a little tricky to find and we could only come and go by car. On the flip side I think that made it a little more relaxing in some ways.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The place had a beautiful garden and a lovely cat named Hazelnut.

It's a little bit hard to get to and from the place, but it's worth the effort if you need a little peace and quiet.

Great breakfast, very quiet and serene location in the hills above La Spezia. The owners were great at suggestions of where to go, how to get places and where to park. They even washed some clothes of ours for a small few. We had a very joyous stay.

Our experiences were amazing and unforgettable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the character of this place - the room was clean and atmospheric. Location, location. This hotel is 1 hour walk from the Central Station. So we had fun on bikes everyday:) This B&B let you bike around town for free. Great option!

- Hard to find (we came at night, no sign on the road, ended up somewhere else) - Apartment Not family-friendly (steep stairs, not shown in listing images) - Superficial cleaning (overall mediocre cleaning but microwave oven was a mess, basically threw away food because we couldn’t heat it inside) - Poor breakfast (bread, some jam and nutella, and coffee) - No english-speaking people on-site (had to use Google translate) - Privacy concerns (the apartment hallway could also be accessed by host, which came at 10pm unannounced)
