Usa de la intrare care e foarte fragila si poate fi sparta oricand si sa intre peste tine in camera

Świetna lokalizacja, praktycznie w samym centrum starego miasta. Niestety suszarka do włosów była zepsuta ale osoba zajmująca się noclegiem zapewniła nam nową w ciągu dnia. Bardzo wygodny materac.

Mieszkanie mogłoby być czystsze.

I went in the beginning of December when it was cold. I went back to the hotel and went to take a shower, but there was no hot water - nor was the room heated. I got in touch with them and it turned out their boiler had an issue. But they were in no rush to fix it. First they gave me instructions to try to fix the boiler on my own but it didn't work. Then they told me a person could come only the next day. (I wonder if they would have acted the same if it was something more serious). So I went and slept in the cold room without showering. The next day in the morning someone did come and fixed the boiler. After this, I expected them to compensate me somehow, as my stay was less comfortable than it should have been. I messaged them directly about it a few times, but they took no action. I was charged the full price.
