Vicino al centro

Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale con bagno privato, escludendo volutamente la matrimoniale con bagno privato esterno (con una bambina non è fattibile) ed al mio arrivo mi ritrovo il bagno esterno. Pulizia purtroppo lasciava a desiderare, nel bagno c'erano dei capelli nel lavandino e nel pavimento ed un rotolo di carta tutto rovinato e visibilmente risistemato a mano. Nel davanzale della finestra ho trovato un bicchiere con dentro delle cicche di sigaretta, le lenzuola del letto macchiate. Durante la notte, la bambina aveva freddo ed ho preso il copriletto nell'armadio, immediatamente rimesso nel suo posto, aveva delle macchie di sporco ed era bucato. Assistenza sul posto 0. Camera fredda all'arrivo ed ho dovuto cercare di capire da sola come azionare il riscaldamento. Totale assenza di informazioni, ti dicono che c'è il WiFi, ma per avere la password ho dovuto aspettare il messaggio di risposta che è arrivato alle 23.45.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Fairly easy to find and good location in central old town.

Only one toilet roll given, and when we asked for more the host took a day to get back to us. Unsure expectations as to kitchen cleaning as it was shared use

It was exceptional quite with no noise. Very close to the main shopping and sight seeing areas. Very spacious with a very large bedroom.

Хорошая, просторная комната и большая, чистая ванная комната. Отличное расположение в исторической части города.

It’s pretty, very similar to the pictures and the style is the most remarkable. I also liked the location, near diverse tourists attractions. Moreover, there’s a supermarket nearby and restaurants as well. The host was very attentive and gave detailed information for the check in through WhatsApp. The room has air conditioning and a small fridge inside the cupboard you can use. Everything was comfy.

You can hear other guests talking from other rooms though the door, though they respect the silent time at night after 22pm so I could rest properly.

l pulizia della camera non al massimo e l'odore all'ingresso che so che non dipende da i propietari ma è fastidioso

La televisione non si accendeva e ci hanno detto che forse le batterie erano scariche e non hanno provveduto , c era polvere raggrumata dappertutto e sopratutto sotto il letto, la notte abbiamo preso il piumino Dall armadio ed era pieno di polvere, c erano le cialde per il caffè ma non abbiamo trovato la macchinetta , le porte erano fatiscenti, insomma struttura vecchia e mal gestita!

Super zentrale Lage, nicht weit von der Arena entfernt. Ruhige Lage.

Anfängliches Problem beim Zimmerbezug, das jedoch nach Telefonat mit dem Vermieter relativ schnell gelöst werden konnte.
