Camera pulita in un vicoletto vicino al centro storico, molto silenziosa nonostante si trovi vicino a molti bar e ristoranti. Buona la colazione al bar convenzionato, lo staff del bar è stato molto gentile.

Le lit était confortable, la chambre et salle de bain très propre. Calme et fraîche Petit plus 2 bouteilles d’eau au frais à notre arrivée

The old wardrobe was so dirty that not good to be used.

I was moved to a different property as they had a problem with my initial room. The new room missed key ameneties i booked for: breakfast, a window or balcony to dry my clothes (this is important when traveling to the beach..), quiet area. The room had a broken window and because of it being on the ground flor right by a busy square, it was very loud at night and sleeping was difficult.. also the main lights in the apartment did not work.. The property also deducted 60€ more from my bank account. The only “positive” aspect is that they were quick to refund it but only when i contacted them about this issue..

Right in the centre of old Monopoli, near many restaurants, and close to the sea. The location was amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The host was great at answering messages and giving instructions to access the property.

The location of the room is very good - the heart of the old town, a few minutes from the water and all the restaurants.

The room was a bit worn down and quite dark. There was a broken wardrobe with the shelves collapsed inside, just sitting there unused, which made the space feel neglected. We had booked the room with breakfast included, and the listing clearly stated that breakfast coupons would be provided for a nearby café. However, there were no coupons in the room upon arrival. When we asked about it, we were arrogantly told that we hadn’t paid for breakfast — even though it was clearly listed in our booking all along. Eventually, we did get our breakfast, but the whole situation unnecessarily spoiled the mood. The person we spoke to blamed a "colleague" for the misunderstanding, but the attitude and lack of ownership were disappointing.

Great place, great stay. We stayed 4 nights and we wish we could stay there longer! We had 2 rooms, they both were beautiful! Over expectations. Excellent localisation in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. Tasty italian breakfast in the cafe nearby, 1 minute walk. - yes, it was not the breakfast we are used to eat - it was caffe, juice and a croissant/pie, but we could feel like real Italians. Coffe was one of the best, croissant with pistaccio more than delicious. All was great. Good contact via whatsapp with the host. The only problem was to find a parking spot for our car - it was hard to find a place to park even 15-20 minutes walk from the room. Steep stairs can be a problem, but to be honest you do not go up and down with the suitcases all the time. And all the buildings there are like this and that is someting special, unique. We really recommand the place, we hope we will come back there!
