I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. I had very warm welcome from the owner. The room is spacious, with fridge and microwave and very comfortable bed. Bathroom is down the hall and is spotless clean. I never heard any noise during night. Parking on the street. But walking distance to the Conad store and seaside. Very nice breakfast.

The apartment is new and very clean. The room is quite spacious, and you share the bathroom and kitchen with other tenants. The breakfast is good, typical Italian, mostly sweet. Communication with the host was great. I'd stay here again.

I loved everything about this place, very nicely furnished spacious room, crisp white linen and towels, everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast served was plentiful and very tasty, always freshly baked goodies. Last, but not least, the owners, Anna and Maurizio are such nice people. I felt like family. Beach is 10 min. walk away. Definitely going back.

Everything was great. Lovely family, the place is pristinely clean and very well organized. The room is big and comfortable. I happened to arrive much earlier than planned, and let them know last minute (didn't have the signal before). They still met me 5 minutes later, with a smile and a warm greeting, didn't say a word about the time. The area in clean, quite and peaceful. I saw some earlier reviewers commenting on the location. People, do your homework. Yes, this is not downtown, nor does it claim to be. I had a car, and was very comfortable. A taxi from the city centre should take under 10 minutes. If those options are not for you, maybe it's not the location of your choice. My stay was wonderful.

The Family that hosts the apartments are very lovely and kind, I was traveling alone and they were so helpful and nice , it’s a super nice place to be. It looks way better than in the pictures! It’s super clean and renovated, everything was very nice, you can also park directly in front of the apartments , the beach is to walk a few minutes and there are also good restaurants nearby. I definitely can recommend this place :)
