B&B Tufilla

I arrived via train and biked to apartment… 4 minute ride through old town and was met by host Fabrizio on arrival. I was a little concerned that the location was “outside of town,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It actually is immediately adjacent to the old city, just over a beautiful historic bridge. Actually, the perfect location. Fabrizio was extremely helpful and gracious, giving me a tour of the place and making sure I knew how to operate everything in the unit on arrival. The unit was even better than photos and exceptionally well equipped. He even gave great restaurant recommendation. In the morning, he showed up with fresh croissants and even helped me make cappuccino (with supplies he provided). I can’t say enough good things about Fabrizio, the apartment, and the amazing town of Ascoli Piceno. I was only there for a couple of nights, but I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful B&B in a Fantastic location hosted by a most wonderful Fabrizio! We also had the pleasure of meeting Fabrizio’s lovely mom who met us at the B&B to accommodate our arrival. She proudly provided us with information about her Ascoli Piceno and we soaked up all the passion that came with her details. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. The common area offer everything from bottles of water, coffee, yogurts, and a comfortable sitting area. Fabrizio is simply a beautiful Italian man who instantly makes you feel as if you had known him all your life! All in all, we had a wonderful stay and a memorable experience. What else can you ask for?!!!

the flat is spot clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location - few minutes walk from the city centre and train station. Fabrizio is a great host, very friendly and helpful. He gave valuable tips and was very flexible with check in an out. I highly recommend a stay in his B&B that is very carefully maintained. I will definitely stay again in his place on an eventual next time in Ascoli.

The host was very kind and helpful. We got a delicious breakfast to our wishes with lovely fresh local products. The standard of the accommodation was exceptionally high, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent and quiet, just outside the old town but within 100 m walking distance just across the bridge. The private parking place was ideal and secure. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation.

Super location. About 5 minutes walk from the historic centre. You can park a car easily in courtyard. Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Host was very kind. He got us advice about local restaurants and wineries. Good breakfast.

Great modern apartment on the edge of the old city. Clean, bright and spacious. Great breakfast included. Fabrizio, the host, kept in touch. Good communications. Nice view of the bridge and old city. Tigre supermarket easy 5 min walk into old city. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
