La ubicación. Punto estratégico si se quiere viajar a Florencia. A 3 min andando de la estación central de Pisa.

El desayuno. No había alternativa en cuanto a comida saludable. No había aceite de oliva ni sal. Tampoco tomates, leche vegetales, pan integral... todo azúcares procesados. Fruta sí que había. Siempre dos manzanas. Depende del día, estaban mejor o no. Es la única pega.
