The hosts are very nice and welcoming (this is a Bed and Breakfast which means that the hosts live in the same building next door) The views are amazing. The bed is very comfortable The place is extremely clean. Te breakfast was very good

Take into consideration that to arrive to the building you need to climb some stairs.

A room with a view - that's the perfect description. Beautiful panoramic overlook of the La Specia bay. Very friendly host and excellent Italian breakfast. Everthing easy going. Parking slots in front of the house and nearby bus service to Lerici harbour. Perfect spot for a visit of La Spezia and Cinque Terre. My absolute reommendation!

Our accomodation was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable room and large bathroom. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning.The view of Lerici was absolutely breathtaking. Luigi was a wonderful host, interested and informative. We would love to return.

Very friendly hosts! Impeccable room and breakfast!

The breakfast was excellent with a great view looking out over the sea. They even boiled two runny eggs which I thought was very kind of them. There is a free shuttle bus straight outside the place which takes you down to the beach or the port and back which runs around every half hour. You can also walk down which gives you spectacular views on the way and a nosey at some beautiful villas. The view is the key to this place as you can not get a better one of the bay and the ocean. The bathroom is large and spacious just as the room is. There is also a fridge inside the room which is handy. There is aircon but we chose to just leave the windows open as the breeze was cool enough to sleep in. The couple were very friendly and couldnt do enough for you, I wish them all the best with their little guesthouse/villa and will definitely book the same place again if ever in Lerici.

The only thing I can think of is there is no shop in walkable distance after 6pm, there is a gas station just round the corner and a bar but both must close early or did on the days we were there. But its a small price to pay for the views you get from the location! Big tip if travelling by bus from Sarzana, make sure they know you are stopping at Bella Vista near the gas station or they will just take you into town.
