Lovest, Ethel, Bobby... what can I say?? The minute I got here I felt and was treated like family, I was sad to leave. The space and community is amazing and the people are beautiful! We spent the night sharing reggae music and stories. I'm not often lost for words. All I can say is I'm coming back!! Thank you and One Love 💚🇯🇲☘️💚

I stayed here for one night on a motorcycle tour of the country due to its close proximity to the Bob Marley tour of his childhood home and resting place (literally the next building over). I feel bad for forgetting the names of the staff as my stay was so brief, but they all exceeded my expectations. The building and facilities were beautiful with the hilltop view and balconies. It felt like I was staying in a mansion. The price was fair and after staying in a couple hostels it was nice to have a big room and a cozy bed all to myself. I missed breakfast in the morning as I didn't realize it was at a certain time and they didn't want to wake me, but they were kind enough to make me a nice breakfast anyways. The coffee and food were delicious, and I enjoyed some real conversation about the current state of the country, common myths about traveling, and a little deeper conversation about the human experience. I felt welcomed here, and sensed that the people here truly cared. They offer several interesting tours of their own as well, but I was pressed for time so I unfortunately didn't get to check them out. Next time! Thank you to everyone at 9 mile cultural hangout and tours for making me feel at peace during my long and busy week of adventure and travels!

The breakfast is included and really delicious. It was an authentic jamaican dish with coffee and juice. The bob marley mausoleum is just one walkinminute away and the village is super cute and definitly worth to stay a night there!
