The property was very clean and the hosts were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was the best, that Ackee and saltfish was very good. Very clean.

The location was excellent. Relaxing and therapeutic. Both the host were attentive and was just a phone call away they catered for our every need customer service was brilliant. They also catered for special dietary requirements and the food was amazing! A real home from home.

My stay wasn't long enough. We both wished we had booked for longer.

The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying The gardens were nicely manicure with a relaxing atmosphere. It really felt like home. I have no hesitation in recommending Modrains .

The property was very clean and nicely located in the Runaway Bay Area. Didn’t care for the pool. Not much to do on the exterior of the property.

The husband “Host” doesn’t belong in the hospitality business. There’s a difference in being friendly and helpful verses being intrusive and invasive which he was. He also called us a racial term. I have travelled a lot and never encountered a host that was this intrusive. The place only accepts cash and the hosts lives on the property. Those are red flags but I decided to still book. The female host was very nice.

They adjusted the food as requested. They made banners and layouts in the room for my anniversary. Abmenice of the pool area for my dining pleasure. Quick response to questions and reasonable prices for items ordered

The room was clean and comfy. Got a complimentary sorrel drink and Christmas cake when we came.

I cannot say enough about Adrian and Maureen! Beautiful couple and beautiful place! We had a small mishap and they handled it right away! The grounds is beautiful and they have a lot of amenities! The food, service and rum punch was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone! My bestie and myself enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!

It rained the entire time we was there; that was the only dislike. We still made the best of our time in Jamaica!
