Delightful onsen and easy walking to buses, shuttles and restaurants. 10 - 15 minutes walk to convenience store. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Convenient, well priced and well located

Great location in hakuba with the free resort shuttles just a short walk away. Warm, cosy rooms, great breakfast, drying facilities and the private onsen was a highlight. Ben and his team were super helpful too.

Everything was great and what we expected for an older property. Definitely more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel which was nice for our family group

The Onsen is a huge plus and Ben is a helpful and knowledgeable host

It might be time to spend some money on the property with new beds, linen and pillows.

Friendly and helpful staff. Were were able to purchase ski passes at a discounted rate on site. Close to ski bus stop and a short walk to Echoland for restaurants and cafes. Drying room for ski equipment.

Old and rather dusty fittings and furniture - I don't think anything has been upgraded for the last 30 years. Family bedroom consisted of four mattresses with old duverts/blankets etc on the floor and a tiny bathroom. Small fridge was not clean inside and my daughter nearly choked on the dust from opening the drawer to get the hairdryer out.

Excellent home cooked breakfast was great. Tiny built in ensuite was convenient. Private mixed gender onsen was a highlight!
