Mount Top

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und Bad. Klimaanlage war top. Oben auf der Terrasse war eine Küche und Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles war sauber. Getränke auf dem Hof im Kühlschrank und auch Snacks. Der Besitzer hat uns sogar für einen guten Preis nach unserem Aufenthalt mit Auto zum nächsten Hotel gefahren. Sie bieten auch Roller zur Miete an. Tolle Aussicht von oben über die Insel aufs Meer. Super Preis Leistung.

Nichts. Es ist einen steilen Berg hoch, aber das sagt ja der Name. Hat uns null gestört.

Lovely place, run by a very caring family that's always ready to give great local recommendations, help organise transport, and even surprise us with a nice cup of tea every now and then. Proximity to more peaceful Dickwella beach is great. We loved the breezy balcony with views of the beach- and the ability to make our own breakfast in the kitchen below. The fridge stocked with cold water, beers and snacks (for sale for a very reasonable price) is also great.

Depending on the time of visit, consider opting for an A/C room.

The owner was lovely. We were staying in a non-AC room and found it was too stuffy with just the fan. We messaged the owner who managed to move us into the AC room next door no problem! He was very accommodating and the rooms were lovely. Location was good, about a 7 min walk to Hiriketiya beach and 10 mins to Dickwella beach. There’s a small shop on site to buy snacks, water and even beers which was a nice touch.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Mount Top for 5 nights for our stay in Hiriketiya/Dikwella and it was fantastic. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge comfy bed and a standard bathroom. There is a very cute communal outside area where you can eat breakfast and chat to others staying there. The location is excellent as it is very near many delicious restaurants and cafes as well as being close to both Hiriketiya and Dikwella beach. The family that hosted us were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, giving us free tea and bananas whenever we would get back from a long day out and giving us advice on places to eat and quick routes to take to nearby destinations when we arrived. I would recommend Mount Top to anyone visiting and would 100% stay again.

Staff très gentil et chaleureux. Nous a aidé à réserver notre cours de surf à un prix très attractif garce au proprio. Petit-déjeuner très bon. Chambre propre.

La clim de notre chambre était en panne mais on avait le ventilateur.

Le propriétaire est adorable et au petits soins ! La chambre est spacieuse et propre ! L’emplacement est idéal à 5 min à pieds de la plage principale et les restaurants sont tout proches . On a passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons !

Great villa, friendly hosts. Clean, convenient location near two beaches. I'm coming back here for the second time.
