Amaranthe Beach Cabanas

On the way between Hikkadua and Galle u can find a piece of paradise with very friendly family. We get warm welcome and everything that we could expect. We've stayed only one night but Shahan and his family made us feel like a family. Don't hasitate and book ur days in Amaranthe Beach Cabanas!

Wonderful location by the beach, comfy rooms, super hosts, friendly, kind, local, going above and beyond to make your stay easy and unforgettable for the right reasons. Perfect place to hide away to reset. The sound of the ocean is super relaxing

The atmosphere and family who own the Cabanas were incredibly friendly and relaxed, I had a great stay. Spent 2 days in a quiet relaxing beach accomodation which was located in a quiet, almost private clean beach and in excellent driving distance from both Galle and Hikkaduwa. The accomodation was clean, quirky and has loads of character, which I really enjoyed. The family who own the properl are lovely, they taught me how to play Carrom, Cooked my a gorgeous evening meal and made my stay incredibly comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality, and I really recommend this accomodation for it's excellent, accessible location inbetween two popular tourist towns.

Great location, directly on the beach! We can highly recommend this place! Fresh local food and Shehan was the best host ever! He arranged pick up from airport, which worked perfectly and even after leaving he helped us with our travel. Thank you! You made our time very special!

Everything was fine!

This is an exceptional low key place to stay. The host is as good as you get so attentive and helpful. Beach is beautiful and very quiet. Easy to get to Galle etc.

A quiet and thoughtfully decorated place where you can sit and look out over the waves. Loved the guesthouse dog Loppy, what a character. We took an early morning local bus to Galle both days of our stay which was quick and fun. The host is wonderfully kind and we really appreciated that he took time to show us the local temple. We also ate delicious dinners there.

As others have said the cabin is very small, even travelling with not much luggage it was pretty squeezy, just something to keep in mind :)

It was all fantastic and wanted to stay longer
