Very clean, spacious, friendly stuff

Everything was great

Greenish atmosphere. Nicely light up the property in the night. Though it is few hundred meters away from the beach, decently light up safe acess roads close to the property helped the mobility. Just 10minutes walk. Hot water supply full time😊. No mosquitoes inside the room. We didn’t use the mosquito nets though such was available. There is a Souvenir shop with uncommonSri Lankan masterpieces for guests to select. I love this place.

room is clean and has all the essential utilities. owner is very friendly and did everything to make us comfortable.

center is 15min walking, which at night can be more difficult and scary because there is not much lights through the way. on the way back, we always took a tuk tuk. some mosquitos and ants on the room.

The villa is a bit far from the centre, but the walk is lovely, going past the local shops and massage places. The caretaker Vipula was super nice and the owner was very accommodating - we booked our airport transfer with them and had a last minute delay, everything was rearranged without any hassle. We even got to keep the room a bit later than the check out time.

Very spacious clean comfortable well equipped accommodation . Great shower and hot water all the time . I liked that there was a good supply of shower and hair products and plentiful towels the manager was so helpful and kind - his name eludes me now but begins with V !!

The door !!! It was swollen and off line with the lock - this made opening and closing the door ( locking and unlocking ) very difficult . If you want to hear the waves you will be too far away to do so here but only a 7 minute walk to the beach . So still super close

We loved its setting, it was so peaceful and tranquil set back behind a walled boundary, 10 min stroll away from the craziness of Marissa. The gentleman was very attentive and always on hand.

Net curtains at the front window onto the terrace, would allow you to open the curtains, which currently you have to close due to privacy. Otherwise everything else was lovely.
