I didn't enjoy the shared bathroom and not having a balcony

No hot water, bad state of mattress and bed sheet

Basically nice and quiet, right by the sea between restaurants

We are really zero discerning or squeamish backpackers, but this hotel was a huge disaster on all levels. It started on arrival where we were told that "we had a problem" because they only had one room available instead of the two we had booked (because someone else wanted to stay an extra night - wtf?). Because we didn't want to accept this, but couldn't cancel on booking.com either, we were offered a small cabin with a shared bathroom instead of the second room we had booked. It turned out at night that this room was completely uninhabitable because it was difficult or impossible to lock from the inside, it was infested with vermin and everything stank of fish and simply unwashed. The other room, on the other hand, was inhabited by a rat that loved to stroll around in the shower. The worst thing we found was the hygienic condition in general. The smell from the kitchen was alarming, the view behind the bar shocking. The bed linen had such large stains and holes that it was difficult to ignore the mouldy mattress underneath. The other guests at the hotel were also very particular, kind of creepy, especially at night when they were next level drunk in the small common room. After many complaints on our part, we never got an apology, but at least we got a discount at the end. However, we would like to erase this night completely from our travel diary.

Beautiful view, cabins located directly on the beach with possibility to eat in front of the sea. Very helpful personnel. They answered every one of our questions (especially where to get the bus) and provided some helpful material (towels, etc)

The matress could have been of little better quality but it is very marginal

Not clean, bad electrics re fans etc, damp bed, no lock on door, no air on and bad fan. No water in the afternoons for toilet and shower
