The view from room was gorgeous

Sheets were stained. Staff were not helpful in informing us as guests. No tea and coffee in the rooms. Beach was too rough for swimming. No shade by pool. When we did request a cup of tea, we told it would be an extra charge. Seemed the property was only interested in making money, not looking after guests. Staff broke a cup at breakfast service and it was left on the table for the whole entire breakfast whilst other staff walked around fluffing pillows!

Sri lankan breakfast was good. View was amazing. Staff was excellent. A bar fridge would've been nice in the room.

Lawn was not neat and long. Havent been cut. No steps into swimming pool or rail. Difficult to climb in and out. If you go to beach very difficult come back , steps to property to high . If you in swimming pool you can see the beach.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views. We loved our stay here. The large windows and open floor plans let you enjoy the beautiful sea views. The staff is very professional and attentive and spoil you with great breakfasts. It is decorated with amazing local antiques and comfortable furniture. We will definitely come back!

Nice and cozy rooms. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The lunch was one of the best meals I have ever had.

The owner and all the personnel's are very friendly. We enjoyed the food and the beach. For the family it is a charming place to pass the holiday. Very clean and the beach very much quite.
