La posizione è eccellente ed i locali sono molto puliti e curati. La colazione inoltre è la migliore che ci sia stata offerta durante la nostra settimana in giro per il Marocco (non molto diversa dalle altre, ma di qualità superiore).

Sehr gute Lage um in die Medina zu kommen und eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse.

Es ist kein Mitarbeiter im Riad und wir mussten mit der Besitzerin telefonieren um an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Unsere Ausweise mussten wir fotografieren und per WhatsApp an die Riad Leitung schicken. Das war bei anderen Gästen denen wir am zweiten Tag die Türe öffnen sollten auch so. Was dem ganzen aber die Krone aufgesetzt hat, die Besitzerin wurde danach auch noch unverschämt und hat behauptet wir hätten den anderen Gästen den Zimmerschlüssel ausgehändigt. Schönes Riad aber der Service und die Besitzerin sind leider unter aller Sau !!

This was the worst check-in experience I've ever had, despite traveling frequently. There was no one at the property to check us in. Eventually, some guests arrived who had been instructed by the owner to let us in. Due to a miscommunication, we received keys from a small office downstairs. I was very ill at the time and just happy to get inside. After an hour, a woman finally appeared, and rather than helping, she angrily told us off and was exceptionally rude about the keys. Her behavior was unacceptable and negatively impacted our entire day.

The location was brilliant, a five minute walk to the square and paid street parking a minute from the hotel. There's very little staff presence with the exception of the lady who did breakfast. Breakfast was good however there were like six bread/pastry items along with an omelet. I'd easily give up a pastry item for a tub of yoghurt. The room was a good size with a little balcony and lovely coloured glass windows. Shower was good. Roof top terrace where breakfast was served was great, overall the hotel decor is lovely.

The bed was very hard but that's normal for Morocco. I travel with a small piece of foam and that does the trick for my hips.
