"Séjour gâché grâce à ce Riyad"

Rien puisque notre réservation a été annulé le matin même . Ceux ci nous ont proposé des hébergements de remplacement, heureusement que nous les avons visité car c’était des taux 10 plus les uns que les autres. Au bout de trois heures perdues. Nous avons fini par craquer et accepter une des solutions nous avons fini dans un hébergement qui pue le moisi avec un petit déjeuner mais minable et ridicule pour le même prix.

Je ne crois pas une seconde à cette histoire de fuite. En tout cas nous sommes dans une ville hyper touristique avec des services d’artisans, très rapide pour bien connaître le Maroc ayant ma sœur qui vit, je pense que si cela avait été aussi simple qu’un WC bouché, une solution aurait pu être trouvée et un artisan aurait pu être dépêché.

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel

Lit 1 personne trop petit et pas confortable. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple mais il n'y avait qu'un grand lit et une banquette pour 1 personne

Un séjour exceptionel, l accueil chaleureux et le personnel très sympa...Le parfum du riad est resté gravé dans ma mémoire...très propre. le petit déjeuner est copieux et l emplacement est parfait.....merci au gérant Mr Amine serviable et professionnel.

La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté et l accueil. Le fait qu il soit situé dans la médina c est un plus! Extérieur calme. Ensemble plus que positif.

Première expérience sur un Ryad. La proximité des chambres, le bruit du personnel; les siestes sont impossibles. Le petit déjeuner très simple, le café imbuvable. Le fait de ne pas être servi tous de la même façon.
