De ligging was perfect. Het ontbijt, geserveerd op het dakterras, was ruim voldoende en gevarieerd. Vers fruitsap op aanvraag.

La ubicación

The central location is perfect. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace outside with an amazing view over the harbor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also having bathrobes available in the room was really nice. Cleaning lady did her job very well.

The room was comfortable, but a few details could be improved. It was a bit too dark, and some of the furniture seemed quite dated. The refrigerator cabinet was slightly damaged, and the towels could be of better quality, as a few had stains. The water in the shower also changed abruptly from very cold to very hot, which made it uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but it would be helpful if items were refilled more consistently. We arrived around 9:00, and many things were already empty. We had to ask several times for refills, which was surprising considering the hotel wasn’t very busy. We also experienced a small misunderstanding when we received a call in the evening informing us that a new room key was waiting for us, even though we had not reported any issue with ours. This made us a bit confused and stressed. During check-out, we waited about 15 minutes because the staff member was in the restaurant. It would be great if someone could be available at reception during peak times. Additionally, the door to the toilet near the reception area really needs maintenance. Even though we were advised not to close it, other guests could enter, use the restroom, and potentially get stuck if no one is at reception. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but addressing these points would greatly improve the guest experience and make future visits even more comfortable.

Rendkívül jó helyen az óvárosban, minden pillanatok alatt elérhető, mégis csendes helyen. Kedves személyzet, tágas szoba, kellemes reggeliző a tetőteraszon.

A szállásadó által rendelt taxi elfelejtett kijönni a reptérre. A wc nem működött rendesen. Minden más rendben volt.

Die Dachterasse zum Frühstück war sehr schön Die Lage war sehr zentral Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es war sehr laut, man konnte nur bei geschossenem Fenster schlafen und dann war es noch immer laut Zimmer und Hotel waren zwar nett, der Preis aber insgesamt recht teuer

Emplacement exceptionnel, déjeuner sur la terrasse, grandeur de la chambre et gentillesse du personnel.

Il faudrait allonger la période pour le déjeuner.
