Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Das Haus ist sehr familiär und der Garten mit Pool sind perfekt zum entspannen. Tolles und liebevolles Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und es war sehr sauber!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb, aber das haben wir vorher gewusst. Mit dem Uber ließ sich dies aber wunderbar und sehr preisgünstig bewältigen.

We had an excellent experience here. Since we arrived everything was super clean and well decorated. It felt like a real oasis. After many days traveling around Mexico, we arrived to Merida already sick so we couldn’t left much out of the hotel. At least I am happy it happened here, surrounded by nature and a relaxing environment. Claudia the owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We definitely recommend! Thank you Claudia!

Ottima pulizia, struttura arredata con gusto, colazione favolosa m, letto comodo e stanza ampia. Doccia con acqua calda. Presenza di shampoo e bagno schiuma + phon. Ho apprezzato la presenza dei dischetti struccanti.

Posizione un po scomoda per chi non ha la macchina. In macchina sono 9-10’ dal centro

This hotel left me feeling unsafe. They had ignored my booking and nobody was at the hotel to allow check in when I arrived. Very worrying for a solo traveler. Member of staff was aggressive and rude afterwards. Her attitude was such a shame and looks like this property has gone down hill from past reviews.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Claudia lief reibungslos. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Man merkt, dass Service und Gastfreundschaft hier groß geschrieben wird! Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas abgelegen, sodass man entweder 20-25min zu Fuß oder mit dem Uber 10min ins Zentrum braucht, aber dafür ist es wunderschön. Man erkennt überall die Liebe zum Detail und muss sich hier in der kleinen Oase einfach wohlfühlen :)

Very friendly hostess (Claudia) who was super easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Breakfast was freshly made and they even accommodated us when we needed an early breakfast. Room is spacious and clean.

When we arrived, the girl opening the door seemed a bit lost (and we even spoke Spanish) and she forgot to give us the code to the door which meant we had to knock late at night. The location of the hotel is not great if like us you are expecting to walk around. It's further from the centre than it looks on the map and in an area that's very quiet and feels abandoned even if it is a safe, residential area according to our hostess.

Le lieu est très joli et propre ! Le personnel serviable et les hôtes disponibles aussi par whatsapp ! La literie était super, on a même pu avoir un petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt (thé et fruit).

L’emplacement n’est pas au centre donc nous avons souvent marché 20-30min pour aller là où on voulait et nous aurions souhaité rencontrer les hôtes mais nous sommes partis trop tôt !
