The Staff was very friendly amd very welcoming. They were communicating well in advance before we could check in. The bathroom was extremely impressive.

Firstly there were no carpets on the floor in the rooms. Secondly, the sheets and towels were not changed daily. Thirdly, they do not provide guests with gate remote control as well and do not have covered parking for cars. Forthly, there was no information flyer or poster about the activities we could do as tourists as well as nearby restaurants and taxis contact details. Lastly, there was no TV in the rooms and or couches or chairs for two guests.

in a quiet surrounding - friendly staff - overall fine

Some extras still need to be done, NO mirror at basin, Not enough towel hanger, NO carpet next to bed, Toilet seat loose, flushing issue. NO safes available in room. smoking area to be indicated with ashtrays

The rooms, its comfort, spacious and.walldropes

They shoild clean rooms everyday not as per request. Although that can be due to privacy purpose. Also need to work on having shade for car for sun, rain or dusty days, just for security purpose. The favility can also avail remote controls to their accupants rather than at all times have to wait for the security guy to open. He can be there for.safety and monitoring purpose but give your tenants freedom by giving them just one remote for each group

"It was just ok, Guest should be given remotes to go and come as they please.. no need to knock every"

Location is perfect

Elilo really really need to improve on breakfast, Staff not wearing chef hats, walking barefoot, no chef gloves touching bread and all food.. That is a No No No. Tables to be set before we arrive in the dining area, No cappuccino or proper coffee served. old stale bread was served cold straight from the fridge. Location is perfect.

The cleanliness,staff patience and assistance especially the lady who received us.The hospitality.Safe patking,good breakfast,close to the water,impacable service.Amazing shower facilities and patio to unwind

They should have a ground rule to refuse guests coming to breakfast with nighties and pyjamas,this in respect of other gueasts.Give more variety.I needed the rest but the tv would be nice in future
