Small room, single bed. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Host is lovely. Excellent instructions on how to find location. I stayed one night specifically to do parkrun which is about a 15min walk south.

Polished concrete floor is bit cold and hard underfoot, a rug beside the bed would be good.
