Locatie, vriendelijkheid personeel, restaurant beneden top kwaliteit!

Kwaliteit, ramen sloten niet goed, TV werkte niet, lamellen verbogen/stuk, verwarming heeft heel de nacht herrie gemaakt, toegangsdeur was een schuurdeur (liep ook langs schuren), op de trap stond veel grofvuil, was gehorig, andere gasten luid, badkamer niet schoon, water in het koffie apparaat was bruinig, gaten in de muur waar de kabels van de zonwering uitstak. Na melden klachten kreeg ik kosteloos ontbijt of €25 retour. Verder gesprek werd afgekapt.

Bed was wat hard (is persoonlijk) en is wat gehorig, maar daar kies je ook voor als je midden in het centrum verblijft.

I will start with the location. 1) The hotel name is not present anywhere to be found. 2) Unlike all other properties on Booking.com, the hotel never reached out to welcome me and offer any insight. 3) Many of the other businesses across the street either said it was closed, or that it was difficult to find. 4) The owner kept telling me to go to the restaurant called “Steven”, but the hotel is called Koffee. Lastly, I ended ip staying across the street from the alleged hotel. I am out over $130, I feel disappointed and scammed. Unfortunately simce my room was pre-paid and non- refundable I am out that money.
