De sfeervolle inrichting en de grootte van de kamer. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en zorgvuldig.

We moesten voor 17.00 inchecken. Badkamer was gedeeld en op de gang.

wij konden helaas nooit naar binnen, dus ik kan niets zeggen dat me beviel

De uiterste inchecktijd van dit hotel is 17 uur. Dat heb ik nooit eerder meegemaakt. Weliswaar wordt daar in een mail op gewezen, maar in de app van booking staat enkel dat je na 14 uur kunt inchecken. Zonder dat er enig persoonlijk contact is geweest, bleek de deur na 17 uur voor ons volledig dicht. Er was geen enkele mogelijkheid om alsnog gebruik te maken van onze kamer, waarvoor we wel hadden betaald. Ik ben daarover zwaar teleurgesteld.
