If no other people book the place, you can have the entire replace yourself, plus a garden. Met the host when checked in and they were very friendly. The place was clean and tidy. Good value for money given the average hotel price in the city.

Not in the centre but close enough. Need some walk if you want to dine out.

I have traveled the world, but never have I imagined an experience like this. Upon arrival, there was no key inside the box (one key should be shared between guests), so we had to wait outside until the other guest let us in. Once inside, the room was freezing cold. I sent a message to the host (the radiator is controlled remotely by him) and he replied 'I told you it's colder here. I will increase the temperature'. The room kept being extremely cold though. We later discovered he had left two open windows close to the ceiling (we had to climb on chairs to close them), without telling us. After being almost two hours in the cold, he told us we should switch the valve on top (he was waiting for guests and had closed the valve?). On top of all that, the room was dirty, full of dust and cobwebs. Fed up, we decided to message Booking.com, which informed the host of our complaints. The next day, he started calling me on the phone and sending me messages on Whatsapp that he demands we leave the accommodation. He gave us a deadline "Tomorrow at 10.00 am I will be there and the room should be empty. If not I remove you personally". He also notified us that he had already turned off the heater, while we were still there. When I told him we have health problems and can't stay in the cold, he said "Then go to the clinic". He didn't want to cancel the stay formally on booking and said he would only reimburse us AFTER we left. We of course didn't trust him to give us our money back and couldn't find anywhere to stay last minute. He forced us to apologize and told us not to "put that rubbish at the side of Booking.com". The next days were painful. We felt unsafe and locked ourselves inside the room to avoid him (he was always there in the mornings, and made extreme noise). The TINY bathroom on the corridor that's supposed to be ours, has no key and was used multiple times by other guests and staff.

The location,room design and very friendly and helpful staff. Very understanding when my husband accidentally broke a flower pot!

The room was a little bit dark, but it didn't really impact on our stay. It was adeqtuate for a short stay.
