B&B Le Col-vert

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes, en particulier Christina, très serviable, qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter Ravennes et les alentours. Je recommande en particulier le restaurant Barbe'-Cue à Porto Fuori. Nous avons pu échanger avec d'autres voyageurs et nos hôtes lors du Petit Déjeuner, agrémenté de gâteaux et produits maison. Ces moments de convivialité sont un vrai plus par rapport aux hôtels. Notre chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. L'emplacement de la maison à l'écart de la ville est agréable.

L'accès à l'entré de la propriété est incommode : étroit et peu de place devant le portail. La route est proche de la maison, ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre.

Wir waren eine Woche mit Hund und Baby in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft beherbergt und fühlten uns richtig wohl. Die Gastgeber sind so bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Cristina hat uns täglich mit frischen Kuchen oder anderen süssen Leckereien zum Frühstück verwöhnt! Auch das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingereicht und dekoriert, sauber und sehr gemütlich und bequem. Die Lage hat für uns super gepasst, mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt Ravenna, aber auch schnell am Strand (Lido di Dante).

Leider mussten wir nach einer Woche abreisen, das ist unser einziger Minuspunkt!

The location, the romantic house, the vintage vibe of room, the owners, the breakfast - we loved everything, the only bad thing was that we were here only for 1 night😅 Located in beautiful, peaceful countryside, 10min drive to the beach and 15 drive to the free parkings of Ravenna, the rooms are spacious, cozy, clean. Owners super nice, very helpful with everything, we are again sorry for being late for check in and thankful for understanding. Very delicious breakfast in the cozy small dining room, private parking, cute garden. Recommend 10/10 ❤️

Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöne gepflegte Anlage mit stilvollen antiken Möbeln und sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles sauber und bequem, da man auf dem Gelände direkt vor dem Haus parken kann und alles durch ein Elektrisches Tor gesichert ist. Guter Standort um die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ravenna zu besuchen oder an den 4 km entfernten Strand zu fahren. Absolute Empfehlung für die wärmeren Monate des Jahres.

Das in Italien die Heizung im März grundsätzlich abgedreht wird und wir im Mai in einer Schlechtwetterperiode angereist sind. Dadurch war es besonders im Badezimmer extrem kalt. Also wer anfang Mai oder früher fährt und ein warmes Zuhause gewöhnt ist, sollte einen kleinen Heizlüfter mitnehmen.

Comodo, accogliente,ottima gestione e colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 3 notti e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La colazione è ottima e varia (dolce, salato, frutta), Cristina cura i dettagli, dai fiori di campo sulla tavola alla mise en place. Abbiamo apprezzato le marmellate ed i dolci fatti in casa e la caffetteria portata direttamente a tavola! La posizione della struttura è a 10/15 minuti da Ravenna ed arrivarci con la bici è molto bello perchè la struttura è vicino all''argine. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato nell'alloggio separato dalla struttura dove nello stesso ambiente c'è una cucina nuova ed attrezzaza ed un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Ho apprezzato la cura dei dettagli e gli spazi (cabina armadio e bagno comodo con doccia spaziosa). Un posto da in cui tornare e da consigliare.

C'è sempre da migliorare e Cristina è stata d'accordo con i nostri consigli, per questo non diamo un 10 ma sono sicura che ci arriverà presto , anche perchè Lei ed il marito si stanno organizzando per nuovi servizi da proporre.
