Great communication with staff from start to end. Was met at the train station and brought to our room. We had room 26. For a family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable. Views out our windows to the sea. Access to the private terrace watching the sunset. Room and the whole place was very clean. Great location and a very short walk ti the train station, trekking paths and water. 10/10

Stunning beachside location in a beautiful village. Amazing views and room. Close to everything, a few steps to the bars, restaurants, and sea.

Locals in the shops complained about all the tourists. I understand italian perfectly, and it was a bit off-putting.

Location was good, appreciated the greeting at the train station and the help with luggage up and down the stairs, thank you! 😊 The patio was lovely.

Room was very snug, nowhere to sit except on the bed.

Fabulous location and the terrace was special to see the sunset

I think for the price that we are paying breakfast should be included. A complimentary drink could have been nice too on arrival in our room.

Communication through Booking.com was delayed about 24 hours. Get in shape for the steps…but that is Vernazza. Could have had a wi-fi extender in our room to help with the slow internet.

The owner greeted us at train station and helped us with luggages. Extremely appreciated !

Only the first two coffees were covered by room fees. Two per day would have been appreciated.
