We spent a night. We found the host very pleasant and welcoming. The garden was well-kept and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Accessible to a shared kitchen with other guests. The Host also provides complimentary snacks, cakes and drinks during the stay. Breakfast was the usual Italian breakfast. The host was also very caring to ask if we had any special requests for breakfast. Convenient Location to visit the Terme at the town. Overall, we love the place.

Everything was great, location is near Siena and the best places in Tuscany if you love peacful nature. Breakfast freshly prepaired and the host is willing to help.

The location was a bit hard to find and the host could have been nicer when we got there, not sure if it’s the language barrier but she felt kind of cold and a bit dismissive. And make sure you don’t have any pet allergies as there are cats roaming around the property which I didn’t see mentioned anywhere. The host made a really nice breakfast with homemade cakes and breads but no savoury options.

The lady who welcomed me was a bit harsh in her communications style... not a welcome, not a hello, when I got there she just said "and you are...?". Made me feel weirdly uncomfortable. Didn't offer any information whatsoever nor asked if I needed anything. She seemed to be in a rush and quite rude, honesty. The following day at breakfast she wasn't much nicer either. To be fair, the place has nice reviews, and they mention the kindness of the owner so I don't know, maybe she had a bad couple of days... Facilities: the room was cleas but the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The decoration in the room is not "vintage", is just old but I guess some people might find it pictoresque. The breakfast was ok but only sweet options. The location is nice but overall seemed a bit overpriced for what it offered.
