Nice lady, nice place, everything ok.

Outstanding in every respect. A wonderful warm welcome with cup of tea and cake, spacious room with lovely outlook and outstanding breakfast. Secure overnight storage for our bicycles. Out of town but well worth it for quiet rural location.

We had a self contained bedroom with a kitchenette and shower room. All excellent. Coffee, tea included plus other drinks to purchase. Excellent breakfast. All with a smile. Got hit. E severe storm on departure so the hosts gave us and our bikes a lift to the train station. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

The place whilst set in beautiful countryside was about 4-5 km from Zwolle centre hence had to cycle out to get good dinner.

Everything was wonderful. Extremely well equipped and a magnificent host.

I dislike giving a score of 10 out of 10 but I cannot justify criticising this host or the property.

The location was a cool place. The property was clean with a nice view and terrace. Breakfast was also fresh and nice.

It was too noisy in the night. Noise of the frogs and sheep made it difficult to sleep well in the night. There was no curtains to make the room dark for good sleeping in the summer night while having the windows open for ventilation.
