We loved the fact is was so unlike anything like our American friends had ever been to before. It was quiet and peaceful and Kay is a wonderful host.

Perfect location for checking out Cambridge and getting to and from the rowing at Karapiro. The host was amazing , really friendly and engaging and the property is comfortable and had everything we could have needed.

"Lovely place to stay"

The location, room and facilities were lovely. The warm welcome from the host was also lovely. Our room was located in an annexe to the side of the main house. Kaye is a truly lovely and welcoming person and this felt more like staying with family. I would definitely stay here again.

There isn't really anything negative to say about this property.

Beautifully landscaped grounds and property. Kaye was welcoming and friendly and her sourdough bread at breakfast is superb. The room is well appointed with lots of treats provided. I can’t wait to return. Thanks for having me.

The house is beautiful and set in the rolling hills outside of Cambridge. Our hosts were even better. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests. They hit the balance between attentive and relaxed.

Hard to say. It was exactly what we needed and we wished we could have stayed longer.
