The communal areas were nice and large. The Breakfast served was lovely.

Bedroom was quite small, but this is offset by the communal areas being so large.

The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The grounds and facilities were well maintained and cleaned. Loved the distance from the beach. Christchurch downtown area about 15 mins away easy drive. Breakfast was great!!
