Lovely relaxing, comfortable and quiet stay. Perfect location to enjoy a rural area but still only a few minutes into Hamilton. Just what we were looking for. We’ll be back!

Booked the studio suite. My husband and I found it to be quite large and very clean. Location was central to north island attractions. We were provided towels, shampoo and soap. Breakfast was good as we were provided a medley of accoutrements both in the pantry and refrigerator. There is a supermarket a short drive into town which made dinner preparations a breeze. Brett and Sally are two wonderful hosts! We stayed and talked to them for about a couple hours just exchanging stories prior to leaving. They really helped us get a better understanding of Kiwi culture. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family! Thank you Brett and Sally!

The location of the property was excellent for providing a central location to move about the city. The rooms that we had available for our stay were very attractive. We enjoyed talking with our hosts. A brilliant suggestion for an activity was a visit to Hamilton Gardens.

We liked the cottage, the rural aspect and convenience to the hospital. Having a fully functional kitchen is always a bonus.

Intermitent and slow wifi (keep kicking out) was a bit annoying.

Beautiful location, very courteous and polite hosts. A beautiful quiet place to explore the surroundings from there.

Unfortunately, it was a bit too cold and there was no heating. But we have also unfortunately not asked for it.
